We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling when possible. However, to maintain fairness and efficiency, the following applies:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.
For no-shows, the full session fee will be charged, and the session will not be rescheduled.
