Leadership Coaching Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested via email to hello@elevarelifecoaching.com or by phone at +91 81680 27529 at least 48 hours before the scheduled 60-minute session start time.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund (₹6,995 for a single session, pro-rated for packages), processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to a future date at Elevare’s discretion, subject to availability and a ₹500 rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for missed sessions (no-shows) or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- For single-session purchases (₹6,995), a full refund is issued if cancelled 48 hours or more in advance, processed within 7-10 business days.
- For 4-session or 6-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata (₹6,995 per session) if cancelled 48 hours or more before the next scheduled session, minus a ₹500 administrative fee per unused session.
- Refunds requested due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation, at Elevare’s discretion.

Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the session via email or phone, subject to availability within 90 days from the original booking date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session incur a ₹500 fee and are subject to availability.
- For 4-session or 6-session packages, unused sessions must be rescheduled within 90 days from purchase, provided 48-hour notice is given; otherwise, the session is forfeited unless approved by Elevare due to exceptional circumstances.

No-Show Policy
- Participants who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification (no-show) forfeit the session fee (₹6,995 for a single session or one session from a package).
- No refunds or rescheduling options are available for no-shows, except in cases of documented emergencies, reviewed at Elevare’s discretion.

Late Arrival Policy
- Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Participants are encouraged to join the Zoom session 5-10 minutes early.
- Late arrivals are permitted to join the session in progress, but the session will end after 60 minutes from the start time, with no refund or extension for the missed portion.
- If a participant arrives more than 15 minutes late, Elevare may cancel the session at its discretion, considering it a no-show, with no refund or rescheduling offered unless approved.

Session Validity
- Single-session purchases (₹6,995) are valid only for the specific date and time booked at purchase.
- For 4-session or 6-session packages, all sessions must be used within 90 days from the purchase date, subject to availability.
- Unused sessions expire after 90 days, with no refunds or extensions provided unless extended by Elevare due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged illness with documentation).

Confidentiality Policy
- Elevare Life Coaching and Pankaj Gupta are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared during 1-on-1 leadership coaching sessions.
- Session discussions are private and will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Recordings, if made for quality or training purposes, will exclude identifiable information unless consented to by the participant.
