Booking & Session Policies

These policies apply to all Elevare Life Coaching services and workshops booked through our website.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made via email to hello@elevarelifecoaching.com or by phone at +91 81680 27529 at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or workshop.
  • For cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be issued and processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Cancellations made under 48 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling (see policy below).

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed if requested 48 hours or more before the scheduled session/workshop, subject to availability.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of the session may incur a ₹500 rescheduling fee.
  • Sessions must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking date unless extended by Elevare due to exceptional circumstances.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session/workshop without prior notice is considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable unless reviewed and approved under documented emergencies.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Sessions and workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please join the Zoom session 5–10 minutes early.
  • Late arrivals are welcome but the session will end as scheduled. No extra time or refund is offered for missed portions.
  • Participants arriving over 15 minutes late for 1-on-1 sessions or over 30 minutes late for group workshops may be denied entry and considered a no-show.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are provided if cancellations are made 48 hours or more in advance.
  • For session packages, unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata, minus a ₹500 administrative fee per unused session, if cancelled with 48+ hours notice.
  • No refunds are given for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • Refunds for emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case with documentation.

Session Validity

  • All sessions are valid only for the booked date and time unless rescheduled in advance.
  • Package sessions must be used within 90 days from purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • Sessions not used or rescheduled within this period will expire with no refund.

Confidentiality Policy

  • All personal information and discussions during coaching and workshops are confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent unless required by law.
  • Participants in group workshops are also expected to respect others’ privacy and maintain confidentiality outside the session.
  • If a session is recorded for internal training, identifiable information will be excluded unless explicit consent is obtained.

Health Disclaimer

  • Coaching and workshops are for personal growth and emotional well-being, and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
  • Clients with medical or mental health conditions should consult a healthcare provider before booking.
  • Elevare Life Coaching is not liable for physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes arising from participation.

Client Commitment

  • Clients are expected to participate fully and respectfully in all sessions and workshops.
  • Ensure a quiet environment, stable internet connection, and adherence to online etiquette (e.g., muting when not speaking).
  • Elevare reserves the right to end a session without refund if a participant’s behavior disrupts the experience for others.
