What we work on
How Pankaj can help
Coaching is not one subject. It is whatever part of your life is asking for attention that week - and over a few months, that is usually most of them.
Direction and what comes next
Know what you want, and move.
The role that quietly stopped fitting, the crossroads you have been circling for a year, a move to a new country or a new stage of life that reset everything. You arrive at what you actually want next - and then you leave the decision alone instead of re-litigating it for months.
Confidence and self-belief
Back yourself, out loud.
Talked over in the meeting, passed over for work you can plainly do, and the voice that asks who you think you are to want more. Not a pep talk: a steady look at where the doubt comes from, until it stops making your decisions for you.
Difficult conversations
Say the hard thing, and be heard.
The feedback you keep postponing, the boundary you never set, the boss or colleague or parent or partner you keep having the same argument with. We work on what actually happens between you and them, so it stops running on rails.
Stress, anxiety and overthinking
Get your evenings back.
The rehearsing, the second-guessing, the dread before the week starts. Looked at directly, week after week, they stop being the weather you live in.
Work and life, back in proportion
Stop taking it home.
When work has quietly taken the evenings, the weekends and most of your attention, and the people who matter get whatever is left. Less a question of managing your time than of what you have not been able to put down.
Leadership and the weight of it
Decide clearly, carry it lightly.
Pressure, politics, a team that needs more than you have left, decisions with real consequences and no clean answer. Steadier judgement and the kind of presence people trust - from someone who spent thirty years in those rooms.
None of this is a technique bolted on top of your life. It is what tends to happen when you finally get an hour a week to think clearly, with help. Start with an introduction call.

About
Meet Pankaj
Pankaj Gupta is a life coach who works one-on-one with professionals, business owners and leaders - and with anyone trying to get free of something that keeps coming back. Around 3,500 hours of those conversations so far.
A graduate of the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), he spent more than three decades in leadership roles across manufacturing, quality, business systems, and organisational transformation, leading initiatives in quality management, Six Sigma, SAP implementation, and manufacturing excellence across India and Asia. It means the pressure, the politics and the impossible decisions his clients describe are familiar ground rather than theory.
Throughout that career, a quieter question followed him: why do people remain trapped in patterns that no longer serve them? It led him beyond systems and processes into the study of conditioning, leadership, and consciousness. He completed advanced programs with Landmark Worldwide, where he served as a coach and then Head Coach in the Introduction Leaders Program, and immersed himself in meditation, Buddhist enquiry, Ho’oponopono healing, and Past Life Regression.
The coaching itself is ordinary and practical: an hour a week on whatever is actually happening in your work and your life - a person you cannot get past, a decision you keep re-opening, stress that will not switch off, a version of yourself you would rather stop being. His approach combines the clarity of an engineer, the curiosity of an explorer, and the compassion of a fellow traveller.
He is also the author of The Impossible Loop Series, written from the same question that runs through the coaching: how do human beings create the realities in which they live, and how do they become free of the patterns they unconsciously repeat? Clients are welcome to read the books, and equally welcome not to.

What this book is not
It is not seven steps. It is not a belief system to adopt. There is nothing to join and nothing to practise on faith. It is an enquiry: a careful look at how perception creates the loop you live in, and what happens when awareness sees it clearly. As Pankaj writes, it is a book that does not want to be believed. Only tested, against your own life.

Who this is for
Professionals, business owners and leaders - and anyone carrying more than they let on. From the outside you are managing. Inside, the same things keep taking the wind out of you: a question about what comes next that you cannot answer, a person you cannot get past, pressure that never quite lets up, a reaction you regret an hour later. You have already tried working harder at it. This is the other route: an hour a week to think it through properly, out loud, with someone whose whole job is to help you get to the bottom of it.
What coaching feels like
Unhurried, direct and quiet. No frameworks to memorise, no belief system to sign up to, no homework you will not do. You bring whatever is live that week - a person, a decision, a fear, an argument you keep having - and the two of you look at it honestly until it is clear what is really going on and what you want to do about it. Closer to a conversation than a course.
