These terms govern your use of elevarelifecoaching.com and any purchase made on it. This site is operated by NCMborz, registered at B-51, Apex Green, Sector-08, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India. Contact: [email protected]. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we offer: the ebook Breaking the Impossible Loop (a digital product, provided as a PDF) and ongoing one-on-one coaching, delivered as weekly sessions and sold on three payment plans (pay as you go, monthly, and three-month). Descriptions and prices are shown on the site.

Who this site is for: buyers outside India. Prices here are in US Dollars. If you are in India, please order on pankajlifecoach.com, where prices are in Indian Rupees and a GST invoice is issued.

Pricing and tax: all prices are in US Dollars. These sales are an export of services from India and are zero-rated for Indian GST, so no Indian GST is charged and no GST invoice is issued. You receive a receipt for every paid order. Any taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply where you live are your responsibility.

Payment: payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment has been captured.

Currency conversion: you are charged in US Dollars. If your PayPal account or card is denominated in another currency, your provider sets the exchange rate and may add a conversion fee. That charge is between you and them.

Delivery: digital products are delivered immediately after payment by a secure download link (valid for 72 hours and re-requestable at any time) and by email. Coaching is delivered as scheduled sessions; after payment you receive an onboarding email, and Pankaj confirms your first session time, ordinarily within 24 hours, by WhatsApp or email.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In brief: a 7-day refund on the ebook, and flexible rescheduling with defined refunds for coaching, as set out there.

Intellectual property: the book and all content on this site are the property of the author and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission. Digital purchases are licensed for your personal use only.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of others.

Nature of the service: the book and coaching are offered for personal growth and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sonipat, Haryana have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country. Questions? Email [email protected].
