This policy explains how we handle your personal information on elevarelifecoaching.com. This site is operated by NCMborz, registered at B-51, Apex Green, Sector-08, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect: your name, email, phone, and the country you tell us you are buying from, when you enquire or purchase; the email address you give us to receive Chapter 1 or the reader companion; and basic technical logs, including your IP address, browser user agent and the cookie identifiers described under Cookies and Advertising below. Payment information (card or bank details) is collected and processed by PayPal, not by us - we never see or store it.

Why we ask for your country: sales outside India are zero-rated exports, and your declaration is what that treatment rests on. We do not infer it from your IP address.

Unfinished checkouts: if you enter your details on the checkout page but do not complete the purchase, we keep what you entered (name, email, phone, and country) so that we can send you a single reminder with a link back to your order, and so that we can help if something went wrong with the payment. We delete these records after 90 days. You can opt out of the reminder using the unsubscribe link in it, or by emailing [email protected].

Why we use it: to fulfil and deliver your order, issue your receipt, respond to your enquiries, arrange coaching sessions, and send the emails related to your purchase or the materials you requested.

Who we share it with: PayPal (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email and contact management), Cloudflare R2 (secure storage of your downloads and receipts), and the analytics and advertising providers described below (Google and Meta). Each processes your data only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfer: we are based in India, so your information is stored and processed in India and by the providers named above. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this means your data leaves your jurisdiction when you buy from us.

Marketing email: if you opt in, for example by requesting Chapter 1 or the reader companion, we send related emails. We also send one reminder if you start a checkout and do not finish it. You can unsubscribe from either at any time, using the link in the email.

Cookies and analytics: besides the cookies needed to make the site work, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. It sets cookies (for example _ga) and records the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser type, and how you arrived here.

Advertising: we advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and the Meta Pixel runs on this site. It sets cookies (for example _fbp and _fbc) that let Meta recognise a visit that came from one of our ads and measure whether it led to an enquiry or a purchase. Our server also sends Meta a record of key steps on the site (page views, product views, adding to cart and starting a checkout), carrying your IP address, browser user agent and the Meta cookie values. When you submit an enquiry or complete a purchase, the record we send also identifies you by your email address, phone number and name in hashed (irreversible) form, never in plain text, so that it can be matched to the ad that produced it. We store the details used for a purchase on your order record for the same purpose.

Opting out of analytics and advertising: you can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a tracker-blocking extension, which stops the analytics and pixel scripts from running. Please note that this does not stop the server-side records described above, because those are sent from our server using your request and the details you enter. To object to those records or have them deleted, email [email protected]. You can also control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings and your Google account settings.

Retention: we keep order and receipt records for as long as required by law, including Indian record-keeping obligations for export sales; unfinished checkout details for 90 days; the advertising identifiers stored on an order for as long as we keep that order; and other data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected], subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability.
