Ebook: 7-day full refund, no questions asked.

Single Session: reschedule freely; full refund up to 24 hours before the session.

Four Sessions: cancel anytime; the unused part of the month is refunded.

Twelve Sessions: full refund before the first session; pro-rata through session three; none after.

How to request one: email [email protected] with your order number. We do not ask why.

Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal usually returns the funds within a few business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer.

If you are buying from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Where that applies, it is in addition to the refund terms above, not instead of them.
