Single Sessions: Refunds are not available for completed single sessions.
Bulk Packages: Refunds for unused sessions in a bulk package are available within 14 days of purchase, less the cost of any completed sessions at the single-session rate.
Refunds will not be provided for expired or unused sessions beyond the stated validity period (see “Session Validity” below).
