Late Arrival Policy

Timeliness is essential for a full and productive session.

• Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.
